The Parish Administration Program is designed to provide priests, deacons, nuns, brothers and lay ministers in the Archdiocese of Detroit with the essential skills and knowledge of administrative practices to effectively and efficiently manage parishes. 

This is a one-week workshop focusing on:

  • management of human resources
  • budgeting and financial statement analysis
  • legal issues
  • fundraising
  • oversight of parochial schools.

An additional benefit to participants is meeting their counterparts from other parishes.
