Students Win at International Business Ethics Competition

Angela Yuhana, Alexa Prenkocevic, and Ivy Miah hold up certificates in a selfie.This spring, UDM’s Center for Practice & Research in Management & Ethics (PRIME) hosted its annual Sustainability Case Challenge with several student teams judged by faculty and alumni. 

The winning team, consisting of Angela Yuhana, ’24, ’25, Alexa Prenkocevic, ’25, and Ivy Miah, ’24, ’26, then received coaching from alumni Joe Walsh, ’69, ’71 and Joe Berkowski, ’73, ’75, and was sponsored to attend the International Business Ethics & Sustainability Case Challenge (IBESCC) in Los Angeles.

There, competing against teams from universities across the U.S., Canada, Spain, Mexico, India, and Kuwait, the students took two first-place finishes and one second.
