Center for Social Entrepreneurship - BOOST
The New and Improved BOOST is Back
What’s New in the Redesigned BOOST
The new BOOST is a 5-week intensive, meeting on Saturdays. Each session blends short instruction with guided work time so participants leave each class having actually built something, not just talked about it.
Key changes include:
- A shorter, clearer timeline (5 Saturdays instead of a long multi-month program)
- In-class work time with structured worksheets and peer feedback
- Practical focus on pricing, cash flow, customers, systems, and impact
- Weekly “micro-goals” so progress happens during the session, not later
- Stronger peer learning and accountability within the cohort
By the end of the program, participants will have a clearer business model, better financial visibility, a simple operating system, and a concise pitch they can actually use.
