Business School alumnus receives major automotive award
The 2009 Automotive Executive of the Year Award will be presented to James O'Sullivan '76, '86, president and CEO, Mazda North American Operations at the Detroit Athletic Club on May 6.
First launched in 1964, the Automotive Executive of the Year award recognizes excellence in leadership and boasts a list of past award recipients that includes Carroll Shelby, Jim Press, Bill Ford Jr., Dieter Zetsche, Rick Wagoner, Henry Ford II, Robert Eaton, Thomas Stallkamp, Roger Smith, Harold E.oling, Lee Iacocca and John DeLorean.
The award celebrates individuals who demonstrate great leadership and tireless dedication to the innovation and creative thinking needed to succeed in this industry.
