- Discuss current student recruitment activities utilized by the University/College, both undergraduate and graduate
- Review CBA alumni distribution across United States
- Determine recruitment priorities (traditional undergraduates, selected graduate programs …)
- Outcomes may include some or all of the following actions:
- Establish a Business School recruitment team comprised of alumni, students, staff
- Develop a geographic database of alumni to assist with recruitment
- Develop a standard presentation format/package on the UDM School of Business Administration
- Prepare a targeted list of Catholic High Schools/Academys and set schedule for presentation by recruitment team
- Alumni Board members to sponsor UDM tours for potential students/parents
- Establish a web site to include above plus be a communications tool to alumni
